Addiction Care dates for established patient is Aug 7th and Sept 4th, 2014 |

There are number of requirements that must be completed in Addiction Care Visits, like checking eforce, doing urine drug screen at every visit, documentation, collection of specimen at point of care and getting them ready for sending it to lab.etc. All of it requires more work force and time. Therefore we are trying to experiment with this model to see if it work. We are calling many patients one special day a month when Dr Anju and I will completely devote our time for this special care patients. When we have sufficient patients for the day, we intend to open another day for this purpose. |
